We do not follow you
The only measuring tool installed is Vercel analytics: it counts visits and page views, in aggregate. It does not say who you are, it does not follow you onto other sites, it leaves no cookie. There is no Google Analytics, there are no advertising pixels, there is nobody buying these numbers.
What you write yourself
You fill in the profile: name, handle, city, instruments, languages, two lines of biography, your studies, the links you want to show. If you open a room you add the description, the address and the notes for getting in. The address stays hidden and reaches the person who asked to stay only after you have accepted. Then there are the requests and the messages you write each other, and they stay because the two of you need them.
The phone number
It sits in a table separate from the public profile and it appears nowhere until a request is accepted. From that moment the two people see each other's number, because without it nobody finds the front door.
The verification document
The file you upload to show you are a musician goes into a private space and one person opens it, the one who decides. Thirty days after the decision it is deleted. What is left of that step is the outcome, the school and the level, not the document.
The payment
The contribution goes through Stripe. You type the card on their pages: we never see it and we never keep it. On our side we keep the customer identifier and the state of the subscription, which is enough to know whether you are in.
We sell nothing
We do not sell your data, we do not trade it and we do not hand it to third parties for advertising. It leaves here only towards the providers listed below, who process it to keep us running, or if the law requires it.
How long it stays
The profile stays as long as you do. When you delete the account we close it and it disappears from search. If you want a copy of your data, a correction or full deletion, just ask.
